Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver superior service at the front desk and support new member sign-ups and tours. You will greet guests, answer questions, and assist with member check-ins and account updates while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to guide prospective members through membership options.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle phone inquiries politely and professionally.
• Familiar with basic computer tasks and point-of-sale systems.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for a majority of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members to create a positive first impression.
• Answer phones politely and help with questions or concerns.
• Take info calls and tours for prospective members.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Support BCM/amenity usage and route issues to supervisor as needed.
