• Serve as a customer service leader within the company through a willingness to work cohesively with other departments and all individuals.
• Able to be On-Call during non-working office hours every 6-8 weeks for a full week and open to overtime

• Provide administrative support to technicians and field management.
• Track service vehicles via Samsara
• Manage and follow through on unbilled work orders.
• Accurate and timely preparation of bid proposals.
• Accurate and timely resolve Customer Inquiries
