Job summary

Talentify in Everett, WA is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to coordinate workflow between departments, review the MRP system for due dates, and provide customers with status updates within four hours. Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 6am–2:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite workflow within or between departments.

Job Overview:

Reports to: Customer Service Representation Manager

Location: Everett, WA

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6am-2:30pm

Job Summary:

• Coordinates and expedites the flow of work within or between departments according to daily and weekly production schedules.
• Review the MRP system to ensure the customer due dates are in line with required delivery dates.
• Provide continuous updates to customer on the status of their order within the allotted 4-hour time frame.
• Communicate with customers on any additional blueprints, drawings, or other items needed for processing.
• Coordinate with production on obtaining ECD's for orders.
• Prepare order in ship out or other areas as needed.
• Develop daily reports on orders and communicate with production.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Experience: 2 plus years of experience in manufacturing preferred

Work Environment

Temperatures in the work environment can fluctuate with outside weather conditions. Due to the manufacturing environment, Personal Protection Equipment may be required including safety glasses, goggles, aprons, rubber boots, gloves, and a respirator (provided by Company).
