Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly and energetic Member Services Associate to greet members and guests, answer questions, and guide tours. You will support sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates while helping maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong communication, and a positive attitude to deliver an outstanding member experience with opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist potential and current members to create a positive experience.
• Perform front desk tasks including answering calls and guiding tours.
• Support member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Address member questions and forward complex issues to the Club Manager or Team Lead.
• Help maintain club cleanliness and organization.
