Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a friendly front desk team member to provide excellent member service and assist with tours and sign-ups.

You will answer calls, help guests, process sign-ups and cancellations, and maintain a welcoming, clean environment throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members with tours and information.
• Answer phones politely and handle inquiries or concerns.
• Assist with member sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating accounts.
• Manage front desk tasks and help maintain club cleanliness.
• Escalate member service issues to the Club Manager as needed.
