Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Monument, CO is seeking a friendly team member to drive new member sales and deliver an outstanding member experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, give tours, and assist with sign-ups, check-ins, and account updates.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, active listening, problem solving, and diplomacy as you support members and collaborate with the team to keep the club welcoming and well-organized.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused front desk experience or retail/service background preferred.

• Ability to resolve problems and handle inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests to create a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls and respond to questions with courtesy and clarity.
• Schedule tours and collect information for prospective members.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Provide support for BCM amenity usage and forward complex issues to management.
• Maintain club neatness and cleanliness; support daily front desk tasks.
