Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing in Clive, IA is seeking a Customer Service Representative who can also sell to existing customers. This temp-to-hire role requires strong communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle calls, process requests, enter contracts, and support account transfers while promoting equipment sales. Starting pay $18.00-$20.00 per hour; hours 8:00am–5:00pm (Tuesdays 7:00am–5:00pm). Location is Clive, Iowa.

Our customer is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can also sell products to existing customers. This position is located in Clive. This is a temp-to-hire role.

Starting Pay:$18.00-$20.00

• Type 35 to 40 words a minute.
• Solid communication, phone skills.
• 2+ years Customer Service experience is important (handling difficult customers).
• Ability to multitask, problem solve.
