Job summary

Planet Fitness in Brainerd, MN is seeking a customer-focused team member to help greet potential members and provide a superior level of service at the front desk. You will assist with tours, sign-ups, and member inquiries while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Job Summary

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks:
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
