Senneca Holdings is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative at our Wilmington, NC facility. This role focuses on delivering accurate price quotes, processing sales orders, and ensuring all tasks meet industry standards and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong math and critical thinking, exceptional written and verbal communication, and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate price quotes from customer inputs and industry specs.
• Follow up on quotes and gather feedback.
• Process sales orders with attention to detail and quality.
• Transfer customer nomenclature to HMF terminology.
• Execute internal order management procedures.
• Increase industry and product knowledge independently.
• Respond to internal and customer errors.
• Schedule projects per quoted lead times.
• Help create and send marketing materials.
