Job summary

HUBER+SUHNER, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in North Carolina to act as the prime interface between customers, regional sales, distributors and the company.

You will coordinate with sales and engineering to provide commercial support aimed at securing orders and servicing accounts. Ideal candidates have an Associates Degree in Business and at least two years of sales or customer service experience, with strong MS Office skills, phone etiquette, and good written communication.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business or related discipline preferred.
• Two years sales or customer service experience.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
• Excellent phone skills and Email etiquette.
• Solid communications skills, both verbal and written, with timely follow-up.
• Bilingual preferred but not mandatory.
• SAP experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface between HUBER+SUHNER, Inc. and customers, regional sales personnel, distributors and HUBER+SUHNER AG.
• Provide commercial support to secure orders and service accounts.
• Prepare quotes by reviewing product cost, delivery and technical inputs from HUBER+SUHNER AG.
• Develop and provide price, delivery and technical information to customers.
• Review orders for accuracy of price, part number, quantity and terms.
• Coordinate with Logistics to expedite deliveries and inquiries.
• Maintain sales data and follow-up system for samples and quotations.
• Manage customer contracts and annual agreements, reporting monthly.
