Job summary

Mazzella is seeking a Customer Service Representative at the Lifting Center in Dolomite, AL. You will be the primary internal customer-facing contact, handling calls, web requests, quotes, and sales orders to support product sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of customer service experience, and proficiency with CRM/ERP systems. A strong communicator with detail orientation will thrive in this role within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

2+ years in customer service or related role preferred.
Experience with CRM and case management systems preferred.
Experience with ERP software preferred.
Experience with Netsuite or Oracle a plus.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
PC literacy including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, counter sales, and manage daily electronic requests.
Provide superior customer service to increase attraction and retention.
Provide timely responses to price quotes, order inquiries, adjustments, returns and cancellations.
Nurture customer relationships to ensure proper support.
Use CRM to maintain call records and valid customer data for sales goals.
Coordinate delivery times with production to meet lead times.
Interact with technicians, supervisors, and vendors to construct repair quotes.
Assist service technicians with parts identification and support.
