Job summary

Swagelok Colorado | Casper | Albuquerque is seeking a Customer Service Representative based at one of our primary offices in Wheat Ridge, CO, Casper, WY or Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on engaging with customers via phone and email, generating quotes and orders, and delivering outstanding service with attention to detail.

The position reports to the Customer Service Manager and offers full-time hours, holidays, PTO, health benefits, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer competence and literacy.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and be coachable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through telephone and email; manage customer expectations to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Generate quotes and orders based on part numbers provided by customers or Account Managers, reach out to Manufacturer as needed, prepare and provide price and delivery information to the customer or Account Manager; monitor and communicate status updates as needed.
• Build long-term relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Work with account managers and management to ensure first class customer service - problem solving and resolving issues when necessary.
• Complete ongoing training to gain additional knowledge and expertise of products, applications, and industries.
• Develop a working knowledge of the Swagelok Quality System.
• Continually learn about clients' business needs and cultures to better assist their needs.
• Consistently complete tasks within process functions.
