Job summary

Swagelok Colorado | Casper | Albuquerque is seeking a Customer Service Representative to engage with a broad customer base through phone and email, handling orders and quotes with accuracy and enthusiasm. The role reports to the Customer Service Manager and requires attention to detail and strong communication.

The position is based in one of three primary offices (Casper, Wheat Ridge, or Albuquerque) with full-time hours, paid holidays, PTO, benefits, and an incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with common business software.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• High level of attention to detail and customer service mindset.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills; coachable and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via telephone and email; manage expectations to ensure a positive experience.
• Generate quotes and orders based on part numbers, reach out to Manufacturer as needed, provide price and delivery information; communicate status updates.
• Build long-term relationships and trust with customers through open communication.
• Collaborate with account managers and management to ensure first-class customer service and problem-solving.
• Complete ongoing training to gain product, applications, and industry knowledge.
• Develop working knowledge of the Swagelok Quality System.
• Learn about clients’ business needs and cultures to better assist them.
• Consistently complete tasks within process functions.
• All other duties as assigned.
