PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in Monrovia, MD. You will serve as the liaison between customers, sales, and production to ensure orders and projects are entered, scheduled, and completed accurately and on time.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with starting pay at $19.00/hour.

Formación

• Previous customer service, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, professional, and customer-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Enter new customer orders and projects into the company system.
• Monitor and track jobs throughout the production process to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding product selections, project status, and scheduling.
• Send payment requests and related documentation to customers.
• Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to provide accurate job information and updates.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer and project records.
• Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
