Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Norristown, PA is seeking a Client Services Specialist with strong customer service and project coordination skills to join our team. The role includes handling calls and emails to coordinate services, writing proposals, and maintaining CRM notes.

This is a hybrid position with work-from-home two days per week, schedule Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, and a starting pay of $22 per hour with benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience within a professional office setting (Customer Service, Administrative Support, Scheduling, Dispatching, etc).
• Experience working within MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails to clients to coordinate construction and maintenance services.
• Write and submit proposals to clients for approval.
• Maintain detailed notes with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Reviewing and entering work orders into our system.
• Sourcing new vendors for projects.
• Following up with clients on work orders and other project related tasks.
