Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming/outgoing calls (medical offices, courthouses, law firms, etc.).
• Obtain legal/medical records requested by clients and provide status updates.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail.
