Job summary

Leisure world of Maryland Corporation in Silver Spring, MD seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative to process requests, prepare work orders, generate invoices, and collect payments for maintenance services. Strong communication and time-management skills are required.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 am–4:30 pm), base hourly pay of $20.00–$21.00 with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and database tools is expected.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process service requests in person, by phone, or in writing.
• Generate initial work orders and invoices; collect payments.
• Coordinate with trades and foremen to schedule work.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues by agreed dates.
• Maintain resident files and service schedules; avoid double bookings.
