Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN seeks a 1st Shift Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced warehouse team. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with warehouse operations, and ensuring accurate order processing.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a $20.00/hour pay. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, strong MS Office skills, and solid problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Ability to pass a math assessment, background check, and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, inventory, and orders
• Schedule inbound and outbound appointments through the Dock Management System
• Coordinate communication between customers, warehouse teams, brokers, and carriers
• Enter and process orders accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Generate shipping paperwork and maintain records
• Process invoices and research discrepancies
• Assist with approved credits and debits
• Provide administrative support and assist the team as needed
