Responsibilities

• Teach courses: “Customer Relationship Management”, “Professional Communication/Call Center”, “Case Studies in Customer Service”, and “Customer Service as a Career.”
• Plan and deliver approved curriculum.
• Teach up to 27.5 hours per week.
• Deliver lectures and facilitate project-based learning on hospitality topics.
• Assist students in the learning process and monitor progress.
• Maintain records for SAP reporting to campus dean.
• Attend quarterly instructor in-service meetings.
• Participate in professional development activities.
• Organize and lead field trips at least quarterly.
• Contribute to program improvement and provide student advising.

Education
