Job summary

Adecco is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative for a growing manufacturing company in Kennebunk, ME. You will be the main point of contact for customers by phone and email, keep customers updated on orders, lead times, and production status.

You’ll coordinate with the production team, track WIP, prepare quotes, and assist with surveys and events. Training is provided, and a high school diploma is required. Pay is $20 per hour with weekly pay and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Be a friendly and professional point of contact for customers by phone and email.
• Keep customers updated on orders, lead times, and production status.
• Coordinate with production to manage rush and expedited orders.
• Track WIP, update spreadsheets, and prepare reports.
• Manage customer-requested changes and prioritize time-sensitive orders.
• Prepare professional customer quotes using established pricing.
• Coordinate order details between customers and production.
• Assist with customer surveys, trade shows, and other activities.
• Use QuickBooks for reporting and customer service tasks.
• Read basic blueprints when needed; training is available.
