• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing and production processes while meeting quality standards.
• Operate production equipment and machinery.
• Load and unload parts and materials.
• Clean, prepare, and stage products for processing.
• Perform visual inspections and verify product quality.
• Count, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Follow work instructions and production procedures.
• Complete accurate production documentation and data entry.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to support production goals.
