Job summary

Mom’s Meals is hiring Customer Service Representatives to serve as the first friendly voice for customers placing meal orders. You will handle calls, input orders, and document interactions while upholding service standards.

Starting wage is $17.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits after 30 days. Hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm, with potential overtime beginning at 7:00am. Address: Des Moines, IA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer service.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn software.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deescalate and resolve complaints.
• Experience following company policies and values.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls for meal orders.
• Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Enter order details into the client order system.
• Document conversations in the client information database.
• Ensure clients are contacted and have an order on file.
• Liaise with case managers by phone, email, or fax for special situations.
• Work efficiently while keeping the client experience calm and unhurried.
