Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking upbeat bilingual Customer Service Representatives to welcome Spanish-speaking customers placing meals orders. You’ll be one of the first voices they hear, helping with order placement and questions in both Spanish and English.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm with overtime possible. Starting wage is $18.00/hour, with weekly pay and benefits after 30 days. Prior call-center experience and HIPAA familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken & written).
• High school degree or GED.
• 1 year of previous customer service experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to deescalate and resolve customer complaints.
• 1 year of previous call center experience.
• HIPAA policies and procedures familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with clients placing their meal order.
• Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Input order information into the appropriate client order screen.
• Document all conversations with client into client information database.
• Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file.
• Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax for special situations.
• Work quickly and efficiently without rushing the client.

The starting wage is $18.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment.

Work hours are Monday‑Friday, 9:00am‑6:00pm with the potential for overtime starting at 7:00am.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order
• Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service
• Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
• Document all conversations with client into client information database
• Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
• Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
• Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (Spoken & Written)
• High school degree or GED
• 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience learning and using software in a work or school setting
• Clear oral communication skills
• Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
• Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
• 1 year of previous call center experience
• Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams
• Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures
• Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
• Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
