Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or operations support.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, business partners, and drivers via phone and email.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress.
• Scan haul-away PODs (Proof of Delivery) and verify documentation.
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations.
