Job summary

Trailer X-Press, sister company of Trailer Equipment, Inc., is seeking a Customer Service Representative for trailer rentals and leasing in Byron Center, MI. You will handle calls and emails, process agreements, track equipment location, and resolve issues quickly.

Requirements include 1–3 years in customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel. CRM experience (Karmak Fusion, SugarCRM) and a team-first attitude are a plus.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Clear, professional phone and email communication.
• Comfort with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, plus the ability to juggle several requests at once.

Responsibilities

• Help customers by phone and email, and log every interaction in our CRM.
• Process rental and lease transactions, agreements, and insurance documents.
• Manage GPS tracking devices on our rental equipment.
• Resolve customer concerns and follow through until they're fixed.
• Keep customer records accurate and current.
• Work with Sales, Service, and Operations to get customers answers fast.
• Handle scheduling, filing, and data entry.
