Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen, physical, audiogram, and lift test.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
• Must provide own hand tools.
• Strong attendance, work ethic, and time-management skills.
• Ability to obtain a State Certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair trailer mechanical, electrical, suspension, brake, and structural issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Conduct welding, fabrication, and trailer body repairs.
• Repair or replace damaged trailer components.
• Perform DOT inspections and safety checks.
• Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation.
• Complete repair documentation accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
