• Previous customer service, call center, dispatch, or home-service office experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Book and schedule service appointments.
• Make outbound customer and follow-up calls.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in ServiceTitan.
• Document customer conversations and job details thoroughly.
• Help coordinate scheduling and communication between customers and the field team.
• Follow up on leads and open opportunities promptly.
• Assist with customer questions and concerns. Complete assigned office and customer-service tasks.
• Support the team wherever needed to create an excellent customer experience.
