• Answer incoming customer calls with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Book and schedule service appointments.

• Document customer conversations and job details thoroughly.
• Help coordinate scheduling and communication between customers and the field team.
• Follow up on leads and open opportunities promptly.
• Assist with customer questions and concerns. Complete assigned office and customer-service tasks.
• Support the team wherever needed to create an excellent customer experience.

• Have previous ServiceTitan experience
• Provide exceptionally friendly and professional phone service
• Be comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and positively
• Listen to customers, ask the right questions, and help move calls toward booking
• Accurately document customer and job information in ServiceTitan
• Be organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Follow established processes while also recognizing when something needs attention
• Take ownership and follow through
• Work well with technicians, dispatch, management, and other office team members
• Be dependable, punctual, and accountable
• Be comfortable receiving feedback and continually improving
