Job summary

Basalite Building Products, LLC in Meridian, ID seeks a Customer Service Representative to support the Sales department and customers. You will process orders, credits, and pricing in SAP, assist with inventory, displays, and information requests, and help ensure accurate, timely customer service across walk-in and account customers.

Under the Location Manager's supervision, you will maintain product knowledge, support marketing materials, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred, in building materials a plus.
• Experience with SAP and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to handle repetitive duties in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones courteously and route calls appropriately.
• Process sales orders and change orders in SAP; set up orders and payer data.
• Enter and distribute orders; adjust delivery notes for loading changes.
• Support pricing processes and yearly increases with the sales team.
• Process customer credits and assist in inventory, displays, and marketing materials.
