Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Warren, MI to be the face of the service team. You will assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, using U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inspect equipment.

You will help with invoices, returns, hitch installations, and safety checks. The role includes on-the-job education and access to comprehensive benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
