U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Michigan to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers, manage rentals, inspect and prep equipment, and educate customers on our products and services. The role involves driving tasks and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.

• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment; educate customers on products.
