Job summary

Sir Speedy Raleigh, NC, a locally owned and nationally recognized printing and signage company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. You will answer questions by phone and email, provide quotes, and enter orders in our system, with opportunities to upsell where appropriate.

You will work with the sales and operations teams to meet customer needs, update Four51 orders, and perform related duties in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in print or sign industries.
• Experience using a computer system for entering and managing orders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
• Ability to speak with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to customers in office, by phone, and via email.
• Enter customer orders and/or provide quotes from emails, calls, or online storefront.
• Assess customer requirements and propose services/products that meet their needs.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to meet customer expectations.
• Update orders in Four51, the online storefront.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required.
