You will work with our production team and national network, deliver friendly service, problem-solve customer issues, and contribute to profitable, quality projects. Experience in print/sign and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• A background in the print/sign industry.
• Customer Service experience.
• Be a good communicator – ask questions, admit mistakes and don’t point fingers.
• Be nice to customers and colleagues even when difficult.

• Willing to figure things out independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and gather information for estimating.
• Answer the telephone following company procedures.
• Direct calls appropriately.
• Handle routine questions and requests by customers.
• Address complaints and facilitate quick resolutions.
• Serve customers at the front counter and process orders promptly.
• Fully utilize the pricing/estimating program.
