Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Distribution and Customer Orders.
• Process inter-departmental orders / sample and replacement orders.
• Process return orders.
• Track shipments.
• Maintain and update accounts.
• Process National Account orders, billing, and follow-ups with distributors.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Process credit memos.
• Maintain customer-specific pricing.
• Monitor the open orders report.
• Operate the Northwest Missouri City Sales Office.
