Hillyard, Inc. in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. You will handle orders, track shipments, and maintain pricing for National Accounts while delivering superior service to customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience and excellent communication skills. SAP knowledge is a plus. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday day shifts, $23 per hour with a bonus program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Process Distribution and Customer Orders.
• Process inter-departmental orders / sample and replacement orders.
• Process return orders.
• Track shipments.
• Performs account maintenance and updates.
• Processes National Account orders, billing, follow up with Independent Distributors to assure order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Processes credit memos.
• Maintains customer specific pricing.
• Monitors the open orders report.
• Operates the Northwest Missouri City Sales Office.
