Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its CheckSmart location in Fairfield. This entry-level CSR role focuses on helping customers with transactions like check cashing and payments, delivering strong in-store experiences, and building community connections.

You will receive hands-on training, coaching, and development to progress within a fast-growing, customer-focused company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous data entry and accuracy in transactions.
• Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office applications.
• Must be at least 18 years old; background check completed.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds and stand much of the day.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to build relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process transactions with accuracy.
• Enter customer data into POS system precisely.
• Support in-store operations and safety procedures.
