Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service quality, assisting customers with products and services, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.

The role offers on-the-job education and opportunities for advancement. We highlight a hires/pay fast philosophy, with two hands-on interviews and a $100 hiring bonus plus a $300 cash bonus after completing the Equipment Inspection and

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers on offerings.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring (certifications offered).
• Drive a forklift (certifications offered).
• Participate in U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
