• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism using the 8x8 phone system.

• Collaborate daily with other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional discussions.
• Follow customer service processes and suggest improvements where applicable.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
• Take initiative in solving problems and resolving customer concerns.
• Be reliable with attendance and punctuality and able to work independently and in a team.
