Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance or accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
