Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Georgia to welcome customers, help them find products, and deliver excellent service. The role involves assisting in multiple departments, stocking, processing orders, and supporting the store’s daily operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation if needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
