Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including basic input/output tasks.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and arithmetic basics.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise and answer questions.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed for products.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
