Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and maintaining displays.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
