Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist shoppers with product selection and home improvement solutions. You will help customers locate items, answer questions, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

The role offers a part-time schedule with opportunities to grow, training across store departments, and a focus on friendly, professional service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer experience including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Six months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties for extended periods.
• Minimum lifting of 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as assigned.
