Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them locate products, and provide friendly, efficient service in-store. You’ll assist with merchandise, answer questions, and ensure customer needs are met throughout the shopping experience.

The role emphasizes flexible schedules, the chance to learn multiple departments, and opportunities to grow within Lowe’s. Previous retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input/output of information.
• 6 months experience with retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in department per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
