Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome shoppers and help them find the right products for home projects. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and keep shelves organized across departments.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or POS/retail tech
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or >25 lbs with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves by identifying empty spaces and replenishing items
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations
• Cross-functionally train in other areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
