Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, answer questions, and help them find the right home improvement products in select departments. You’ll support shoppers with friendly, professional service and keep merchandise organized throughout the day.

This role offers part-time positions with flexible schedules, a range of benefits, and opportunities to learn trades through Lowe’s Track to the Trades program and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand, sit, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Replenish stock and organize shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
