Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will engage with customers throughout their visit, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met with friendly, efficient service.

This part-time position offers opportunities to learn, support growth, and participate in store-wide training and benefits programs designed for associates.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience with standard retail tech (phones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform required tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Replenish stock by identifying empty shelf areas.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
