Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will deliver friendly, professional service and assist with locating merchandise, loading items, and ensuring customer needs are met.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing orders, and cross-training in other store areas to deliver top-notch service. Position offers a part-time schedule with opportunities for growth in a large retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or basic software.
• 6 months experience using retail tech such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Preferred bilingual skills and/or trade certification in a related department.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/paint, cut pipe, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and handle duties as assigned.
