Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome shoppers and help them find the right home improvement products. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and ensure orders and deliveries are handled accurately throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer retrieves/input information
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Retail and/or customer service experience is a plus
• Bi-lingual skills are valuable

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Assist with department setup (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut hardware items)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
