You will assist with locating merchandise, stocking, and processing orders. The role may involve lifting up to 75 pounds, standing for long periods, and working across multiple store areas to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic proficiency
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds with/without assistance
• Duties may vary by department and require flexibility

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service
• Prepare merchandise in department based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
